Born in Tehran-Iran,
Sima started painting at a young age and spent years in after school painting classes. Sima attended the College of Fine Arts in Tehran University. Since leaving college, she's worked as an independent artist and has created some of the most breathaking works of Art.
Her medium of choice is often water color or pencil, creating life-like images which can be mistaken for photographs.
Whether still life or portraits, she pays a lot of attention to details and use of color.
Sima's works are divided to three main categories. Her early works include paintings during her years of apprenticeship and education. Portraits defind the second and a major period of Sima's work and include some of her finest creats. Flowers and landscapes are a lighter period of her work and displays the softer side of Sima.
